S & T's Soda Shoppe

American classics and local favorites make S&T's a great place for a quick bite, work lunch, or family dinner. They have something for everyone from hot dogs, grilled cheese, and corn dog nuggets for the young (or young-at-heart) to the Gambler, Lasagna, and Chicken Parmesan for the really hungry. Try their local favorites such as the chicken quesadilla and the Clint's Cheese Dog served in the Alamance County (no hot dog) or traditional (with the dog) style.

Just remember that the best part of the meal is the dessert! They have special sodas, phizzes, and egg cream to accompany your meal and 32 (and usually more) flavors of ice cream to leave you with a full belly and a smile on your face.

Cafe Root Cellar

With Cafe Root Cellar, Chef Sera re-explores American cuisine and showcases the “go big or go home” seasonal dishes she’s always loved to create… and without straying too far from her original roots.

So what can you expect? While they absolutely LOVE the creative sandwiches, soups, and salads you can still find in their Chapel Hill location, think of their Pittsboro cafe as the place where food is elevated to new heights. Bold and flavorful but by all means, don’t call it fancy!
